Paid annually, Starter is US$299/year, Growth US$999/year and Scale US$2,499/year. Every plan has the same features. Scale also comes in larger sizes, at US$599, US$999 and US$2,499/month, each with a bigger monthly usage balance and more seats, arranged with our sales team, and custom beyond that. Starter, Growth and Scale each start with a 3-day free trial. During the trial your workspace gets US$2 of usage for features like emails, attribution, translation and AI. Your plan's full monthly usage allowance arrives with the first payment, when the trial ends. Each workspace, Shopify store and card can start one trial.

Starter, Growth and Scale can each be billed once a year instead of monthly, at a little over ten months' price: US$299/year for Starter, US$999/year for Growth and US$2,499/year for Scale. It's the same plan, with the same features and seats. Your monthly usage allowance still arrives every month of the year, not all at once, and unused allowance doesn't carry over. Annual plans also start with the 3-day free trial with US$2 of usage, and the yearly charge is made when the trial ends. You can switch between monthly and annual billing from Billing & Usage in your workspace.

Usage is billed directly in USD, so there is no separate credit conversion. Sending 1,000 emails costs $2.00, an attributed conversion costs $0.05, translating 1,000 characters costs $0.02, and a typical AI agent run costs about $0.10. Each paid plan includes monthly usage equal to its price; additional balance is available separately.

You can purchase additional usage balance at any time without changing your plan. Manual top-up starts at US$100; US$500 includes 5% bonus balance and US$2,000 includes 10%. Purchased balance never expires and rolls over month to month. Annual plans billed through Shopify can't top up automatically, because Shopify doesn't allow usage charges on annual subscriptions; you can still buy a top-up pack at any time.

Yes. Paying annually costs a little over ten months' price, up to 16% less than paying monthly. We also run occasional promotions; sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to hear about them.

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your Zalify subscription at any time. However, please note that if you downgrade your plan before your billing period ends, you will not be refunded the difference.

You can cancel your subscription from your account settings on the Zalify website. If you need any assistance, please contact our support team.

Yes. Pick a plan and the first 3 days are free, with US$2 of usage. Starting the trial needs a card; Shopify stores approve the charge in Shopify instead. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is charged. You can also talk to our team before you choose a plan.

Zalify is available for Shopify and Shopify Plus only at the moment. Additional platforms are coming soon.
